As the longest night of the year gives way to the returning light, the Winter Solstice invites us to turn inward, reflect, and reconnect with the spark within. Join us for a sacred evening of renewal and transformation, designed to help you ignite your inner light and step into the season with clarity, creativity, and calm. Personal chakra activation, meditative art therapy, live acoustic music, slow flow, sound & energy healing.
What to Expect:
✨ Meditative Art Therapy: Candle Painting
Begin the evening by igniting your creative flame with a meditative candle-painting practice with Kelsey Croghan. Reflect and express your intentions for the season as you create a personal symbol of your inner light. We will be painting candles and infusing our intentions into them for the new year.
✨ Live Acoustic Restorative Slow Flow Yoga
Ease into your body with a gentle restorative yoga flow, guided by Lauren Folan and accompanied by the live acoustic vocals of local singer Valerie Baretto. This soothing movement practice invites you to release tension, ground your energy, and prepare for deeper healing.
✨ Cleansing Breathwork
Transition into cleansing breathwork designed to clear away stagnant energy and open your body and mind to receive the healing energy of the Winter Solstice.
